About the book
The crisis moments in business fascinate me. The problems that you either overcome or lose everything to. The times when your mistakes catch up and everything goes wrong.
Much advice out there focuses on best practice to avoid these mistakes. The problem is that best practice is usually too late. Being told what you should have done differently 18 months ago is cold comfort. You already screwed up and are trying to fix the situation as it is.
My book explores moments when you already made the mistake. It is structured as a series of emails between young-me and old-me, as the youngster navigates problems in his (fictional) business.
The goal isn’t to solve every problem, which is impossible. Instead, I hope to provide some different ways of thinking that might help people navigate their own challenges.
